Foreningen sendte 23. august 2026 sit samlede budget for lovliggørelsen til Københavns Kommune — 3.824.484 kr. inkl. moms. Ét tal for hele opgaven: starttårne, støttemur, værktøjsrum, al rådgivning, jordforureningssporet, terrænopmåling og byggeplads — fuldt prissat med risikoen indregnet, som forvaltningen bad om. Foreningen er bygherre på det hele. Banen har driftsstop, og målet er drift igen til sæsonstart april 2027. Budgettet indgår i KFF's budgetnotat til forhandlingerne om Budget 2027 i september. • 7/5KFU vedtog model C + forlængede brugsaftalen til 31/12 2026. Foreningens spor — foreningsdrevet lovliggørelse — er nu det udvalget arbejder videre med. Helhedsplanen og forvaltningens beskrivelse af driften blev taget til efterretning uden afstemning. • 10/8Ansøgning om etape 1 indsendt til KFF og KEJD — 392.500 kr. inkl. moms. Projekteringen af lovliggørelsen: statisk dokumentation og konstruktionstegninger til starttårnene, geoteknik og eftervisning af øvrige konstruktioner, samt koordinering af § 8-ansøgningen. Etape 2 — det fysiske arbejde, ca. 1,43 mio. kr. — er oplyst, men søges først når der foreligger tilbud. Foreningen har samtidig bedt kommunen overtage miljørådgiversporet, som har stået stille siden april. Afløst 19. august af ét samlet budget for hele lovliggørelsen.

• 18/8KFF bestiller budgetnotat til Budget 2027 og beder om ét fuldt prissat budget med risiko indregnet. Forvaltningen spørger samtidig, om kommunen skal overtage cykelbanen, jordforholdene og bebyggelserne.
• 19/8Foreningen påtager sig bygherrerollen på hele lovliggørelsen og dropper etapedelingen til fordel for én samlet ramme. Foreningen overtager samtidig § 8-/miljørådgiversporet. Banen bliver foreningens.
• 20-21/8Al rådgivning samles i ét tilbud på 600.000 kr. fra RKE Consult og T-kon, som dækker fire konstruktioner. Ingeniøren oplyser samtidig fundamentsmål 19 gange større end hidtil forudsat, og budgettet regnes om efter dem.

On 23 August 2026 the association submitted its combined budget for the legalization to the City of Copenhagen — DKK 3,824,484 incl. VAT. One figure for the whole task: start towers, retaining wall, tool room, all consultancy, the soil contamination track, terrain survey and site facilities — fully priced with risk included, as the administration asked. The association is the client for all of it. The track is closed for activities, and the goal is to reopen for the season starting April 2027. • 7/5KFU adopted model C + extended the use agreement to 31/12 2026. The association's path — association-driven legalization — is now the one the committee is proceeding with. The master plan and the administration's description of the operation were noted without vote. • 10/8Stage 1 application submitted to KFF and KEJD — DKK 392,500 incl. VAT. The design work for the legalization: structural documentation and construction drawings for the start towers, geotechnics and structural verification of other structures, and coordination of the § 8 application. Stage 2 — the physical work, approx. DKK 1.43 million — has been disclosed but will only be applied for once quotes are in. The association has also asked the city to take over the environmental consultancy track, which has been stalled since April. Superseded on 19 August by a single combined budget for the entire legalization.

• 19/8The association takes on the client role for the entire legalization and drops the staged approach in favour of a single combined budget. It also takes over the § 8 / environmental consultancy track. The track stays with the association.
• 20-21/8All consultancy is consolidated into a single quote of DKK 600,000 from RKE Consult and T-kon, covering four structures. The engineer also states foundation dimensions 19 times larger than previously assumed, and the budget is recalculated accordingly.

• 8/5The TMF hearing deadline passed (notice D2026-104578). The association did not submit separate observations; KFU's decision the day before became the framework for the further process. The association's prepared observations are preserved as documentation.

Two deadlines: 31 December 2026 — the use agreement expires, and the administration states that they are not currently working on any further renewal.
