Som drøftet i telefonen giver afslaget på ansøgningen om lovliggørelse af dirt-banen anledning til at drøfte alternative placeringer til jeres aktiviteter.

Det viser sig at være svært at finde tid til et sådan møde i den nærmeste tid og derfor vil jeg foreslå enten 1/11 kl. 11-12 eller 11/11 kl. 15-16 i Nyropsgade 3.

Har I mulighed for at mødes på et af de tidspunkter?

Københavns Kommune meddeler hermed afslag på dispensation fra naturbeskyttelseslovens § 18 til bibeholdelse af cykelbanen inden for fortidsmindebeskyttelseslinjen omkring Christianshavns Vold.

Afgørelsen kan af de klageberettigede påklages til Miljø- og Fødevareklagenævnet inden 4 uger efter, at den er meddelt, jf. lovens §§ 86 og 87. Lokale foreninger og organisationer kan kun klage, hvis de har en væsentlig interesse i afgørelsen.

Dispensationsafgørelsen med klagevejledning og tegningsbilag er vedhæftet.

As we discussed on the phone, the refusal of the application to legalize the dirt track gives us reason to discuss alternative locations for your activities.

It turns out to be difficult to find time for such a meeting in the near future, so I would suggest either 1 November at 11:00–12:00 or 11 November at 15:00–16:00 at Nyropsgade 3.

Subject: 957187 Refusal to allow continued use of the bike track inside the heritage-protection line around Christianshavn Ramparts

The City of Copenhagen hereby refuses the dispensation under § 18 of the Danish Nature Protection Act for continued use of the bike track inside the heritage-protection line around Christianshavn Ramparts.

The decision can be appealed by those entitled to appeal to the Environmental and Food Appeals Board within 4 weeks of notification, cf. §§ 86 and 87 of the Act. Local associations and organizations can only appeal if they have a significant interest in the decision.

The dispensation decision, with appeal guidance and drawing appendices, is attached.
